The emergency hotline is a first contact and counselling point for Roma from Ukraine in their mother tongue in Germany.
Our hotline offers refugees and fleeing Roma from Ukraine assistance in dealing with their everyday problems, needs and worries. These can revolve around legal, social, but also everyday circumstances of residence, accommodation, social benefits, social participation and also experienced discrimination.Concerns can be raised in Romani, Ukrainian, Russian and German.We offer both referral counselling and language mediation by telephone
